Download the theme
Click the button above to download kevinryan-realtor.zip. Keep it zipped — WordPress installs the theme directly from the .zip archive.
Upload to WordPress
In your WordPress admin, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme, choose the .zip file, and click Install Now, then Activate.
Import the sample content
Go to Tools → Import → WordPress (install the importer if prompted), then upload kevinryan-content.xml (included inside the theme) to load the sample pages, listings, and videos.
Set the homepage & menu
In Settings → Reading, set the front page to a static page. Then assign the Primary menu under Appearance → Menus. Use Appearance → Customize to edit contact details, photos, and stats.
